When COVID hit in March of 2020 I had just gotten out of school for spring break. My fiancée and I cancelled our plans due to the virus and I called around to churches and nonprofits to see if there was anything productive I could do to help the community during my two week break. Whitney from Students' Fund of Hope was the only person who called me back.

After volunteering to bring groceries to community members for a few weeks I offered to get more involved in Students' Fund of Hope. Whitney responded saying that they desperately needed a website and a way to take online donations. I set that up for them, maintain the website, and today, have helped raise over $100,000 solely through the website.
